What
A platform walkthrough that was developed for site administrators to use as a reference when they are uploading content to the Learning Management System.
Why
Building this module out as a reference that content administrators could keep open was an approach taken to facilitate just-in-time learning, giving them something they could easily return to as a reference instead of hoping they learn the whole platform within one eLearning course.
Result
This module was pinned to content administrator's learning dashboard, ensuring easy access for them. We received very positive feedback from administrators who maybe just needed to upload a course, and didn't need to sit through an eLearning outlining all eight of the different types of modules just to learn about the one they needed.
